I can't believe what an amazing experience I had with my first restorative yoga session on FaceTime. It really helped me calm down all my senses and allowed me to focus on me. I felt calm and renewed afterwards. Trish did an amazing job walking me through all the positions. I'm excited for my next session. I think she's found her calling! She was made to teach yoga and inspire women!

The flow and the length of the Vegan Sister's Day Retreat was great. It really allowed me to relax and focus on positivity. I've attended a number of retreats with Trish and have had a good experience each time. Even her cooking is great! I'm always writing down her plant-based recipes to incorporate into my day-to-day life at home. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for relaxation and encouragement.

Vegan Sister's Day Retreat was an excellent experience. The food was fulfilling and good. The retreat sessions were a mirror of everything I want to maintain as a lifestyle. I was introduced to reiki for the first time. It was wonderful. I've enjoyed the intimacy and conversations from the group. The film we watched was very informative. There was an option to nap, but I was enjoying the film too much! I look forward to the next session.

I had an awesome time at Vegan Sister's Day Retreat. It's just what I needed. A day filled with relaxing yoga, energizing meditation and self-awareness through journaling. Oh, and let's not forget the reiki. Who knew energy could be so powerful? Thanks Trish for teaching, guiding and inspiring.
