Virtual Retreat

This will be our very first virtual retreat! I’m limiting to black women so we have a private and safe space to connect.

You will need a cup of your morning tea or coffee and a quiet place in your home. A yoga mat and props are great if you have them, but not necessary. We will be on the Zoom platform. I’d like everyone to begin the session with cameras on. You can turn it off later if you’d like.

Sample agenda:

8:30am - Log-in and Tea Time ☕️

9am - Intros and Intentions

9:30am - Gentle Morning Yoga (all levels, no experience necessary)

10:15am - Journaling Break

10:30am - Meditation & Guided Visualization

11:00am - Workshop: “12 Steps to Ultimate Happiness” 🦋

11:45am - Closing Meditation 🙏🏽
